I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and had excellent facilities. The service was top-notch, and they even granted my request to have my 5 rooms together on the same floor. The hotel's location, right next to Kuromon market, was perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining options could have been better, and the price was a bit on the higher side.

The rooms were excellent, equipped with great facilities and en-suite bathrooms. The service was top-notch, with my request for rooms on the same floor granted, and they even had a convenient laundry service. The dining experience was delightful with freshly made sandwiches available. Despite some minor drawbacks, this hotel offers great value for money.
